GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assigned to coordinate the multidisciplinary activities included in the health model for the Well-being of workers and their families at BRP Mexico, Juarez Campus.
Coordinate the task execution scheme according to the individual competencies of the technical health staff that covers the prevention scheme for occupational accidents and diseases; ensure the infrastructure, materials and medications for the care of any emergency; adapt, update and ensure the epidemiological health programs for workers exposed to occupational risk factors; Promote individual and family health surveillance; Obtain statistics that allow timely control and reporting of the efficiency and quality of all services that involve processes and procedures with results that impact the health of workers.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in General Medicine preferably with a specialty in Occupational Medicine or Master's degree in Administration or similar.
10 years of experience performing coordination activities in health services
Experience in the management of multidisciplinary health teams.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of computer programs.
Reaction process in epidemics and/or pandemics
Experience in managing financial and technical resources in health areas.
Knowledge and skills related to the interdisciplinary nature of health services and their coordination.
Leadership training.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of medical staff to meet the needs of the Juárez campus.
Ensure alignment with the coordination of nursing services for compliance and quality of services.
Identify and validate the level of competencies of the technical staff of multidisciplinary health services (doctors, nutritionists, physical therapists, psychologists and dentists).
Validate the consumption of supplies, professional, basic and specific services for budget and infrastructure prediction purposes within the framework of regulations
Manage the necessary technical resources, equipment and infrastructure of the Juárez Campus Medical Department for the provision of general health services.
Manage the budget based on the regular and eventual consumption of supplies, for professional, basic and specific services.
Manage the regularity of results by auditing the activities based on the Occupational Health and Health Promotion programs.
Participate in compliance with the SGC (Quality Management System) determined for its function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Deepen the competencies of managing mental and emotional burdens by framing Quality and Warmth as an ingredient of the experience of employees and families who receive one or more health services.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
