Key Responsibilities: Work with direct managers to assist in financial activities, decision-making, and general projects.
Provide timely and proactive support in the general ledger.
Maintain accurate and timely information on fixed assets in the fixed asset register, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
Prepare analyses or reports with a particular emphasis on the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the provided data (e.g., profit and loss activity reports).
Provide all necessary data for internal (Financial Consolidation System and Reporting) and external (including regulatory accounts, national statistics, and tax information) reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide first-line support on SAP matters including fixed assets, cash management, and general ledger.
Contribute to key projects in the country or BU.
Notify technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
Distribution of marketing samples (when applicable).Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.3+ years of experience in reporting activities, preferably in global companies/Shared Services Center.Advanced English.
