- upport launch phases for manufacturing plants.
- mplement standardized engineered solutions for metallurgical equipment with lead responsibility for ergonomics, safety, productivity, and process conformity.
- eploy standard engineering methods in the development and delivery of Metallurgical processes and systems.
- evelop metallurgical processes and procure metallurgical machines for all new model programs.
- rovide manufacturing assessments, cost estimates and feasibility input to new program management.
- upport continuous improvement of Metallurgical Systems and the introduction of new technologies.
- evelop and maintain Bill of Process elements for all Metallurgical methods and equipment specifications.
- upport Design for Manufacturing guides in conjunction with prototypes and deliver Make-LikeProduction (MLP) hardware for prototype builds.
