This is delivered through its unique Global Network Delivery Model.We are hiring **"Help Desk Analyst"****Skills/experience required.**- 3- years+ of desktop support experience.- Enterprise level experience in Windows 10 Office 365, and Office 2016.- Experience with remote desktop management.- A solid understanding of basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network fundamentals.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.- Excellent customer service skills.- Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work effectively with team members.**+English mandatory****Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
