**SUMMARY****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Performs project management and administration that include work plans, resource planning and control, and writing status reports.- Accurately communicates pertinent information to upper management. Communicates status of activities with teams, peers, management and business partners.- Serves as the around-the-clock contact for critical issues.**REQUIREMENTS**- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of Study:Business or Management- Years of Experience:More than seven years.- Type of Experience:Call Center Enviroment / Customer Service- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Fluent in English and Spanish- Other/Preferred:Technical Support
