**Requirements**:
- **Live in Guadalajara and be able to work ON-SITE: Av. Mariano Otero 1249, 44530 Guadalajara, Jalisco**:
- **Finished high school (a copy of your official certificate of completion will be requested. If you have a foreign high school diploma a TRANSCRIPT will be needed. If you have a GED we will also be asking for a transcript)**:
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on **Night shifts**:
- **C2 English Level (this means that you've lived in the US for more than 8 years and you have an American accent)**:
- Looking to work in IT Environment
- **6 months of experience in Customer Service and/or Tech Support**:
- **basic troubleshooting process**

**Activities**
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
**Salary**: $18,500.00 per month
