We are looking for toolmaker join our Maintenance team. Based in Tetla - Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide the tooling and auxiliary material to the machines throughout the Plant.
- Evaluate the requirements according to the daily production plan.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools such as.
- Ensure that the processes have the tooling in optimum condition to avoid line stoppages.
- Daily collection of used and/or defective tools from the lines.
- Monitoring of tooling manufacturing with internal and external personnel.
- Actively work with Process Engineers on their general tooling, normal process, and prototyping requirements.
- Monitoring of the Hydro cyclone system, maintaining the optimal standards required (% of fats) as well as making the change of lubricant in the deposits in the Insulated, Wire Drawing areas.
- Execute plan for periodic inspection of the physical state and performance of preventive maintenance in accordance with OT's for proper operation.
- Actively participate in security programs such as DDS, Face to Face, BBS, Detection of potential risks.
Who are we looking for?
- Technician - University / Electromechanical / Mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and maintain good internal relationships (client - supplier).
- Availability and flexibility of schedule, derived from maintenance needs on holidays and weekends.
- Flexibility in rotating shifts, alternate rest days.
- Compliance with the integrated management system, Quality, Health, safety at work and the environment.
