Seeking to maximize the use of their knowledge, skills and resources to achieve higher levels of productivity and efficiency in the execution of tasks and projects.Principal Responsibilities:Coordinate and develop the High-Performance Team System according to the established standard.Implementation and monitoring of the High-Performance Teams.Development and monitoring of the internal procedure for High Performance Teams and their Awards.Support for events related to HPT.Maintain the HPT system active.Monitoring compliance with the Support team's Support for the HPT.Support for the annual Internal Audit program if necessary.Comply with the Safety, Health and Environment Standards.Comply with the role of HPT facilitator and ensure the implementation of the model in accordance with the Spellman lean maturity model requirement.Comply with local and corporate training programs.Promote Organizational Health in the work environment.Actively participate in assigned projects.Participate in the integration of new staff "Onboarding".Participate in corporate programs such as: Surveys, evaluations, recognition systems, document updates and/or improvement programs in the areas proposed as best practices.Encourage participation in the recognition programs that the company makes.Provide timely monthly information according to its goals derived from its KPIs.Participate in continuous improvement teams such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, among others.Act with Ethics and Integrity.Demonstrate interest in the well-being of all your collaborators: develop an environment of trust and leadership.Communicate assertively.
