This will be achieved through the effective development and follow-through of recruiting plans. Having an innovative, creative mindset to address difficult to fill needs across a specific business vertical is required.**POSITION DETAILS**:- Manage a wide range of high-volume requisitions including Customer Service.- Develop innovative strategies around finding top talent; creating best practicesaround upon proven success of new strategies.- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in recruiting practices while implementing processes and strategies to deliver consistent results.- Conduct video interviews- Meet weekly with manager to go over pipeline and make recommendations and/or adjustments as needed.- Solid focus on transparency and accountability.- Going onsite once a week or as needed to partner with managers directly.**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience- Strong experience with an ATS; iCIMS strongly preferred- Excellent MS Office and presentation skills- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills- Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to on-boarding.- Excellent database management and record keeping habits- Excellent organizational skills- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent, _- we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
