We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand Manager to join our CASACA (Central America, South America & Caribbean) Marketing team.
This role is a strategic thinker and an innovator who wants to inspire others and make an impact in the Company's growth.
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans across all operations to achieve the financial and marketing objectives of the region under his / her responsibility.
Leads the development of sub-brands strategies including Innovation Grid, Brand activations, Promotional Events, Media and 6P strategies, taking into consideration the business dynamics and opportunities.
What you will do
- **
Brand Strategy** - Develop, align and execute brand marketing plans for the country; Set KPI's to track (6P's) and the actions plans to close the opportunities; Collaborate with CDO/sales analytics in tracking these metrics.
- ** Go-to-Market & Integrated Marketing Communications** - Lead brand team in new product launches, line extensions & reformulations; Lead updates/localization of 6P's and customer long lead decks; Lead marketing creative briefs for brand activation
- Work closely with the agency and define powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline.
- ** Retail & Sales Activation** - Adapt and develop sales materials for new & existing products; Design & produce promotions and promotional materials, and handover to sales operations for final field execution; Present GTM activation plans and commercial components of new products
- ** Insights & Analytics**:

- Develop strong business and functional understanding of both: the maintenance & the therapeutic brands, understanding condition segments (eg weight), our products and the competitive set, and develop plans to address issues/opportunities Develop & utilize strong vet health care team and consumer (shopper) insights of the category, market and condition of focus; Understand the clinic retail environment, sales reps and field team needs to deliver strong promotional and marketing programs
- ** Customer Engagement** - work closely with distributors marketing counterparts to align on strategies, branding and consumer experience.
Present & review current portafolio, communication grids and upcoming launches.
- ** Commercial Planning and Monitoring** - Support annual budget planning process; Ongoing monitoring and analysis on brand sales, volume, market share, promotional activities, competitive insights; Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Lead and develop the local marketing team (IBE Specialist + Associate Brand Manager)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years Basic qualifications include: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing or management consulting
- Strong cross functional collaboration and influence ability
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Managing ambiguity
- Proficiency with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Experience managing teams & direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/ Marketing Diploma
- Experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or veterinary professions
- Pet Industry knowledge and experience
- Experience working with Cross functional Teams
- Experience designing strategy
- Being able to influence and inspire others
