Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.About The RoleAs Brand Manager for Central and South America at Hill's Pet Nutrition, you will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans across all operations to achieve the financial and marketing objectives of the country under the role responsibility. Lead sub-brands strategies including Innovation Grid, Brand activations, Promotional Events, Media and 6P strategies, taking into consideration the business dynamics and opportunities!What You Will DoDevelop, align and implement brand marketing plans for the country.Set key metrics to track (6P's) and the action plans to close the opportunities.Collaborate with CDO/sales analytics in tracking these metrics.Work closely with the agency and define powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline.Build and produce promotions and promotional materials, and handover to sales operations for final field execution.Present GTM activation plans and commercial components of new products.Develop strong business and functional understanding of both: the maintenance & the therapeutic brands, understanding condition segments (e.G., weight), our products and the competitive set, and develop plans to address issues/opportunities
