As a Group Sales Manager – Specialty Markets, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Area Sales Team Mexico team reporting to Director – ASOs Caribbean & Latin America, you will focus on the development of the Group market segment, focusing on specialty markets for the Area Sales Team in Mexico.For Group Accounts, you will solicit new customer relationships and accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships with current accounts, and Management of Group Accounts within the Mexican region. You will incorporate industry and client analyses into the forecast and future client needs.Responsible for complete qualification of each account to determine at a minimum (number of events, total revenue potential, booking patterns and history, decision-making factors, event, business, and personal needs, resources, and competition).Lead and analyze data to lead group sales activities towards success.Be responsible for overall account planning strategy to facilitate growth.How you will collaborate with others:Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions
