The role involves reviewing financial statements of high-end hotel accounts, identifying potential risks, and supervising error correction, as well as preparing detailed reports to support decision-making. Additionally, effective communication with the team is required to address identified issues promptly and collaborate closely with management and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding by resolving queries and managing system documentation.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding video conferences.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 - C1).
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
- Advanced English.
- One to two years of experience in Human Resources.
- Teamwork abilities.
- Incident management and recording.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Effective written and oral communication skills.

**Activities**:

- Lead the recruitment process.
- Request documents from new hires.
- Schedule lab tests.
- Manage databases.
- Control documentation.
- Archive management.
- Schedule and coordinate recruitment calls.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Participate in internal process meetings with clients.
