- Provide support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding by resolving queries and managing system documentation.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding video conferences.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 - C1).
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.

- One to two years of experience in Human Resources.
