At our core, we strive to uphold HPE's values - to partner, innovate and act - we are an organization that plan, source, and provide quality customer and partner experiences.**_How you'll make your mark:_**- Manages a single team of individual contributors across multiple job families within the Global Finance Pricing function that typically support strategic, tactical and operational activities, such as:- Providing management direction and support to Pricing operational performance reviews with senior customers/partners, and managing the execution of agreed improvement plans.- Optimize Pricing initiatives and operational requirements and push margin optimization strategies (cost relief, deal structure)- Provide ongoing feedback to key stakeholders that ensures growth in the usage of no/low touch pricing strategies through delivering guidance that increases HPE's win rate while maximizing revenue and margins.- Drive improvements around E2E pricing TAT (reducing deal volumes, improving team efficiencies, leading process changes, etc.) and increase Voice of the Customer (VoC) satisfaction- Promote and help drive market growth across your Geo/segment/territory; take actions to enable sales team to meet business objectives, including revenue, business owned gross margin and discount targets- Build effective, strong and solid relationships with regional and WW business partners, Sales/Global Ops/Theater/Finance executives and key business stakeholders (e.G. Sales teams, Channels, Operations, Finance, BU Product Management etc.) through proactive engagement, consultation, education, and communication.- Integrate new business models, new products special pricing processes, pricing unannounced products and customized configurations- Managing and ensuring all activities in support of the customer are addressed, escalated or resolved within local legal compliance and company policy requirements.- Managing the execution of operational processes across a complete sales cycle to meet service level objectives and targets.- Controls a contained budget, with responsibilities for items such as salary increases, bonus payments within guidelines, and travel.- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the propertools are in place to support the team and the processes.- Provides guidance on procedures to support overall sales operations policies and goals.**_About you:_**- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree
