Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.Main Accountabilities:Lead, motivate, and develop the Financial Reporting TeamPeople manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counseling, and coaching as neededCollaborate closely with the GA Global Process Owner project team, working together on GA Process Excellence, Quality, and Efficiency improvementEnsuring compliance with Group and Statutory standards, regulations, and guidelines for local GAAP and IFRS accounting policies.Oversee a portion of the month-end close process for Financial AccountingDimensions:- Direct: > 9- Indirect: 0- Functional: 0Your BackgroundBachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline.
Master's degree a plus6+ years of GA experience in a multi-state, multiple legal entity environment preferred.
