Founded in 1998, it has since become one of the fastest growing trucking companies in Chicago with 300 + trucks in our yard.- **Job Summary**:_- **Essential Job Functions**:_- Conduct new hire check in calls at 7, 30, 60 and 90 days.- Assist with driver's issues reported by drivers and dispatchers and support operations management with solving.- Identify drivers who are potential retention issues and keep in close contact to correct their situation.- Proactively call drivers to identify any potential problems/obtain general feedback.- Conduct Exit Interviews for resigning drivers and identify opportunities for retention.- Ability to build genuine rapport with drivers.- Assist with booking travel for drivers when applicable.- **Preferred Experience**:_- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related role- Experience in Trucking/Logistics is preferred but not required**Working Hours**:8am-5pm CST (7am - 4pm Mexico Time)**What we offer**:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Full Private Health Insurance- Fun and energetic work environment- US Based Company- Comfortable new office in Puebla**Experience and desired skills**:- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results**What can you expect?
