Some of your main activities will be**:- Work hand to hand with internal departments to meet the customer's needs- Prepare product or service reports.- Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.**WORK SCHEDULE****_ Five-day work week, 38 hours a week. _**Thursdays or Fridays off, / and Sundays off **(Two Rest Days).**- 10:00 am. - 7:00 pm. CST.Daylight saving:- 9:00 am. - 6:00 pm. CST.**_ **Saturdays require time availability.
