Homeowner Support Associate Customer Service Representative

OverviewPrimary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensuring their experience is memorable.
As a team member, you will support the team's needs and participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional manner, both outbound and inbound.Enter customer information accurately in databases.Meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, to communicate with external and internal customers or other groups within the company.Ability to work extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow-up.Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions.Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem-solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks simultaneously (multitasker).Experience with MS Office tools.Requires a high school or technical degree.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with high-end technical troubleshooting support groups.Leadership and project management skills.Electronic background skills.Experience working with Internet/Apps support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
