This manager has a large responsibility to ensure that all the team members understand how to work together and coordinate their efforts on the way to a larger goal. Analyze your programs with a broad, high-level view—leaving day-to-day project activities to your project members. Your primary job description and responsibility is to ensure that all of your project member is efficiently and effectively working toward program goals.Responsibilities - Coordinate projects execute according to critical path. - Support workstreams identified for each project. - Follow up any risk identified with all related functions (Quality, Engineering, Materials, Finance, etc.) - Prepare reports for project stakeholders. - Touch key stakeholders daily through any means of communications. - Coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. Instead, they manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. - Help organizations stay on schedule, on budget, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of growth and success.

Experiência y requisitos

YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in engineering English spoken and written. 4+ Years of experience Program Management. Valid tourist Visa for US WE VALUE Lean expert or Black belt Global company working experience. Professional in Microsoft Office Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
