This role includes assigning service stations to servers and bus staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
During meal service periods, the Gourmet Hostess supervises dining room operations, strategically managing customer seating to balance the flow across various service stations, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.What you will do:Assign service station to all service staff observing their present-ability for compliance with appearance and uniform standard.Check table settings for proper presentation and completeness.Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests verbally explain to staff any menu changes, meal specials or other factors that relate to service of food or dining room operation
