- Primarily greeting and assisting Guests in a positive, welcoming and professional manner. Anticipating customer needs and responding positively with a high sense of urgency to meet their requests, securing their utmost satisfaction. Bid farewell diners, using their name as a gesture of recognition and encouraging them to return in the near future. _

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Greet new and repetitive guests_
- _Seating guests and controlling the flow of guests into the outlet while under pressure _
- _Answer basic customer inquires_
- _Provide analytical support and decision making tools to leadership team_
