**A successful Hotel Concession Business Development Manager will**:
- Develop goals for hotel concession growth and ensure they are met.
- Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.
- Proactively research the industry, hotel companies and contacts to generate leads.
- Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Locate and propose potential concessions by contacting potential partners and establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Examine risks and potential of concession business opportunities.
- Investigate and understand potential partners needs and goals.
- Developing proposals for prospective partners
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions through identifying the advantages for prospective partners of Amstar´s business model.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline report.
**A successful Hotel Concession Business Development Manager will have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience:
- Sales, marketing or related field.
- Design and implementation of business development strategy
- Skills:
- MS Office, Outlook, IT skills
- Strong teamwork
- Communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
