Summary:
We are seeking a Revenue Specialist to join the Arbor Team! The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive skill set to support the Corporate Revenue Office in developing, analyzing, and presenting materials to the Corporate Team daily and weekly. In addition to contributing to the overall revenue strategy, the Specialist will take charge of report generation and transforming complex Industry Data into easily digestible formats for the Senior Leadership Team. This role will entail daily monitoring of major Revenue Management Systems (RMS) across Hotel Brands, with a particular focus on Marriott & Hilton, including OYv2 & GRO. Working closely under the guidance of the Senior Team, the Specialist will assist in compiling data to contribute to strategy discussions across the portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, and deliver materials to the Corporate Team on a daily/weekly basis.
Coordinate Revenue Management Processes for multiple hotels, including project work for Senior Leadership Team.
Generate reports condensing complex Industry Data into presentable formats for the Senior Leadership Team.
Assist in daily monitoring and maintenance of major RMS across Hotel Brands, with a focus on Marriott & Hilton, including OYv2 & GRO.
Collaborate with the Senior Team to interpret data and assist in strategy discussions to identify revenue generating opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue management or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proficient English skills, both written and verbal. (Level B1 +)
Proficient in Major Brand & Industry analytics, including Travelclick, Lighthouse & STR reporting.
Certified and fluent in Major Brand RMS, particularly Marriott & Hilton systems such as OYv2, GRO, Cognos, R&I, MRDW, HPP, and related systems.
Excel expert with the ability to standardize Industry reports into presentable data for property leadership teams and ownership presentations.
Strong organizational & communication experience, assisting the Corporate & Senior Revenue Director in implementing strategies determined by leadership across RMS systems.
Extensive experience in analyzing industry data to facilitate strategy discussions with Senior Leadership, identifying revenue growth opportunities across multiple markets.
