Hourly Associates Recruiter

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Run employment adds internally or externally by Newspaper.- Coordinate interviews with Business Unit Supervisors.- Make references checks.- Coordinate the physical exam and drug screen test.- Prepare the Temporary Contract.- Keep in control all Hourly employees' files **.**:- Update and maintain the Human Resources System.- Administration of Permanent contracts.- Administration of Hourly Benefits.- Responsible for Labor Relations.- Request and file direct employees job descriptions.- Participate and provide support in any and all Social Events.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations or related field, preferred.- 3 or more years of experience in Maquiladora, Manufacturing, preferred.- Well developed administrative skills.- Well developed oral and written communication skills.- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.- ISO 9000:2000 Internal Audit certified.
