Deliver reports to chambermaids and explain special situations or needs such as extra beds or the different amenities required. Prioritize delivering early arrivals, VIP, and change of guest rooms at home. Supervises and ensures that the cleaning carts of the maids are maintained, in accordance with the established standard in terms of order and image.
