Summary

Supervise and manage the activities of the staff under their charge related to the cleaning of rooms, according to the established standards, thereby achieving meet and exceed the expectations of the guest.
**Qualifications**:
Prepare reports to make assignments of the day, print arrival lists, departure list, guest list in Opera.
Check schedules and requirements for special and VIP arrivals.
Make reports of chambermaids in Opera and write down the information of requirements such as arrival times and specific cleaning times.
Attends requests by radio at all times, passes pending and makes sure that the task or pending is completed.
Deliver reports to chambermaids and explain special situations or needs such as extra beds or the different amenities required.
Prioritize delivering early arrivals, VIP, and change of guest rooms at home.
Supervises and ensures that the cleaning carts of the maids are maintained, in accordance with the established standard in terms of order and image.
