Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of human resources projects and programs supporting the HPC, AI & Compute HR Business Partner team. Recommends process improvements and simplification that support business and HR strategy. Implements and tracks programs and processes related to talent development; exceptional approval management related to requisitions, offers, off-cycles; Technical Career Path business board support; etc. Re-engineers processes at regional and country level and works in partnership with global teams to build more process strength and capability.Management Level Definition:Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Responsibilities:Supports the HPC, AI and Compute HR Business Partner groupManages and leads projects, programs and initiatives related to talent development, internal mobility, etc.Provides administrative support to exceptional approval processes, such as requisition management, offers, off-cycles, etc.Supports with reporting and tracking activities related to HR processes (VOW, Performance Enablement activities, etc.)About you:First-level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 1-3 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.Knowledge and Skills:Project / Program management experience.Developed general HR knowledge.Good communications skills.Good quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.Excellent customer orientation.Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions
