The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.- and back-end processes. Defines the strategy for HR Operations support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO). Leads, coordinates and provides HR Operations support for all MADO employee transitions.HPE Open Line is HPE's internal global employee support channel for getting help on sensitive and complex issues in the workplace.**How you'll make your mark**:**Open Line Case management**- Respond to and facilitate resolution of team members matters received via the Open Line channel or via key partners (Ethics & Compliance (ECO), HR, Executive HR escalations) within agreed timeframe- Keep team members who raise matters up to date and informed until matters are resolved- Coach team members or leaders as part of the resolution process where needed- Refer matters that are outside the scope of HPE Open Line to appropriate teams (such as AskHR, Ethics and Compliance Office)- Partner with other functions to facilitate the resolution of matters e.G. HR, Compensation & Benefits, Global Real Estate, Payroll, etc.- Shadow Open Line Consultants on more complex cases as learning opportunities- Ensure early flag of any potential risks (including legal risk) to Open Line leadership**Open Line Program initiatives incl. continuous improvement**- Actively engage in process improvements for the HPE Open Line function- Actively promote and be an ambassador for the HPE Open Line capability, presenting and sharing information with stakeholders as required**Insights & Reporting**- Act as a sounding board to the organization on Inclusion and Diversity initiatives or others as needed (such as join DEI listening sessions)- Provide input into reporting and trend analysis**HR Program-related assistance**- Provide program-related assistance to team members such as in the event of a crisis (additional HR case manager support for Employee Outreach and Care)**About you**:- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.- Typically 4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.- Experience in cross-functional areas, such as business planning, workforce solutions, technical solutions, or people operations preferred
