**About the Role**The HPS leader will have support activities regarding the main HPS processes.
He/she will help develop a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments.
He/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants.
**Your Team**As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
**What You Will Do**- Be in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders.- Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department- Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.- Support the Problem Solving Process.- Keep the Issue Tracking Data Base updated for A3- Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated.- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
