**About the Role**
- The HPS Manager will have support activities regarding the main HPS processes. He/she will help develop, and implement a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments. He/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants according to de HPS Model.

**What You Will Do**
- Be in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders.
- Authorized and Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department.
- Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.
- Support and participate in the Problem Solving Process.
- Keep the Issue Tracking Data Base updated for A3.
- Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated.
- Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommending and implementing adjustments to programs and/or processes
- Link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact
- Lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement
- Participate and provides support related with environmental, Health and Safety objectives, targets and programs.
Experiência y requisitos
**What You Need**
- ** Engineering Career**:
- **Minimum of 10 years experience in Continuous Improvement area, in manufacturing company. Proven experience of at least 5 years as Manager**:
