He/she will help develop, and implement a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments.
He/she will help create standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants according to the HPS Model.Your Team· HPS Leader· HPS Area ManagerWhat You Will DoBe in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders.Authorize and update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department.Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.Support and participate in the Problem Solving Process.Keep the Issue Tracking Database updated for A3.Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated.Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommend and implement adjustments to programs and/or processes.Link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact.Lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement.Participate and provide support related to environmental, health and safety objectives, targets and programs.What You NeedEngineering Career (industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, chemical, among others)Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in HPS Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence.
