About the Role
The HPS Specialist will manage the HPS Certification process and will have support activities regarding the main HPS Department.
He/she will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees.
He/she will help develop a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments.
Your Team
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
What You Will Do
- Manage the certification programs for Team Leaders and Salaries.
- Identify areas in employees' skills that require improvement.
- Organize training sessions specific to various roles in the company.
- Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training.
- Prepare all instructional materials.
- Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department
- Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.
- Support the Problem-Solving Process.
