He/she will help develop a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments. Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department. Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools. Support the Problem Solving Process. Keep the confluence Data Base updated for Kaizen Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated.
