We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, packed with challenges and growth opportunities.What You'll Do:- Get to know in-depth our entire HR-ADM process and best practices on the market, actively collaborating in all parts of the funnel.- Understand the process of collection, documentation, and validation of the news of the month (licenses, vacations, increases, etc.).- Be introduced to complex HR-ADM issues such as registering and terminating employee relations.- Take your first steps in the interaction of the HR-ADM area with external entities / suppliers, learning how to prepare reports and white-pagers.Here's what we are looking for:- Students or recently graduated of Humanities.- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.- A good improviser!
