**Responsibilities**:
- **1. Human Resources Support**:_
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, including updating databases and managing personnel files.
- Assist in HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.
- Support employee benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits packages.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
- **2. Administrative Duties**:_
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.
- **3. HR Compliance and Policy Adherence**:_
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and assist in implementing necessary updates.
- Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Indeed.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
