Team overview and job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities- Update and maintain quality management system procedures (ISO 9001, TL 9000, ISO 18025) as required in a timely manner for required training audits. Update and maintain the policies of the area in a timely manner.- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of key human resources indicators (absenteeism, turnover, accidents and vacancy coverage), in order to achieve business objectives.- Ensure the correct execution of the basic processes of Human Resources (high, low, increments, promotions) in order to comply with the policies and procedures established by the company.- Control and administration of compensation derived from the Collective Agreement.- Attention, follow-up and solution of internal and external labor problems.- Communication of Human Resources initiatives to operational and administrative staff.- Maintain an open, stable and open relationship and communication with union representatives.- Collaborate in the development and implementation of schemes to recognize the performance of White Collar and Blue Collar personnel.- Ensure that each new or transferred employee receives the necessary training.Who are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Related.- Experience: 2 to 5 years in the area.- Language: Advanced English (required)- Knowledge in Federal Labor Law, talent development, compensation and well-being, culture, organizational design, organizational communication and indicators of management and human capital, IMSS, INFONAVIT, regulations, nominations, training, etc.- Advanced Excel (required)- Negociation Skills, leadership, team work.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group's success.
