**Profile requirements**:

- Advanced English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Advanced computer skills (Google Suite).

- Data Analysis
- Sense of Urgency

**Experience in**:

- Verbal and written communication with American employees, clients, and/or providers.
- Resolving escalated issues
- Data analysis
- Generating reports

**Daily activities**:

- Create new hire profiles in the system.
- Update employee profiles in the system as necessary.
- Address and resolve payroll questions for US employees.
- Escalate payroll issues.
- Register new states into the payroll system.
- Calculate and process tax reimbursements due to new state registration.
- Respond to unemployment claims and other government requests.
- Follow up with employees to ensure tax settings are correct before the end of the year.
- Provide payroll support to US employees.
