**Location**: City**Salary**: SGD 2.8k to 3.6k**Industry**: IT & Digital Media**Function**: Human Resources & General Affairs**Job Description**:**Our Client**:Our client is an established IT solutions company, they are seeking for HR cum Administrative Executive to handle the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions within the company.**The Responsibilities**:·Responsible for monthly CPF submission and process NS claims and government paid leave submission·Submit income tax related documents for foreign employees·Assist in full cycle of recruitment process·Analyse salary structure and benefits of company·Assist in performance management related activities·Review HR operation procedures and policies such as staff handbook and employment contract·Any other assigned office administrative duties**Requirements**:**The Requirements**:·Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience·Good knowledge of regulations such as Employment Act, CPF and IRAS·Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all employees·Someone who is a strong team player, attentive to details·Ability to work independently and who is good in multitasking
