**Job Summary**:The HR Administrator II will provide world class Human Resource service by assisting with a variety of HR functions to include but not limited to employee relations, organization development, training, compliance, and project support. This role is aligned to a Human Resources Business Partner and provides support across the HR discipline. Works independently and under supervision on moderately complex tasks. Contributes to or influences process improvements and/or functional strategy.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Support assigned HR Business Partner by assisting with and improving HR initiatives, projects, and priorities- Provide support for employee relations and organization development needs and actions- Provide ad-hoc HR reports and initial analysis on an "as needed" basis- Resolve matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and paid time off as well as retirement and pension plans- Support managers with general HR inquiries regarding policies and practices- Collaborate with management team to create and provide documentation on disciplinary and performance-based actions- Respond to rehire eligibility inquiries- Partner with HR COE team members as needed- Assist with the tracking of annual initiatives such as performance evaluation and integrity review- Provide HR project support such as scheduling, communications, and presentations- Assist in training of new employees- Travel may be required- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.**Required Qualifications & Experience**:- High school diploma or equivalent- 5+ years of experience in an HR benefits or related role and demonstrated success/knowledgeEnglish proficiency required**Desired Characteristics**:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Demonstrated global business acumen- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Solid time management skills- Strong organizational, research, customer service and interpersonal skills- Good oral and written communication skills- Ability to prepare accurate reports perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time sensitive deadlines- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task**About FieldCore**:- FieldCore is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law._
