If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do- Deliver transactional HR services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related training matters are administered quickly and accurately- Perform quality checks and secures HR process delivery as defined in Service Level Agreements- Provide input to the key contact regarding needed changes, inefficiencies, or other possible issues- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization- Ensure compliance with GBS quality standards, other Essity policies and guidelines such as KICs as well as legal regulations- Respond to enquiries and assist employees, managers and other HR to complete HR-related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete- Follow-up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.G., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete- Prioritize and resolve escalated issues from other teams-- Training administration:- Cooperate closely with stakeholders to secure quality in available learning opportunities-- Create content and administrate training in the LMS tool-- Provide quality reports to internal and external stakeholders-- Support all employees via chat and by providing support material, training sessions-- Do customization in the LMS toolWho You Are- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience- Over 3 years of experience is an advantage- Experience from Training Admin is an advantage- Excellent business, communication, and analytical skills, enabling collaboration with various functions- Diligent, thorough, high level of attention to detail- Proactive and innovative approach- Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods- Office 365 required, Workday, Learning Management systems is an advantage- Deliver with quality and speed, foster learning agility in self and others- Global Perspective- Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment- Self-driven and Team player- Advance English.- French/Swedish/Dutch/Finnish/Italian an advantage.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose
