Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.In Donaldson, an HR Advisor II will be responsible for supervising and monitoring HR processes including communication, recruitment, labor relations, training, and payroll maintenance, by policies, rules, and procedures, providing customer service solutions, to contribute to the organizational achievement objectives.Role Responsibilities:Communicate and disseminate internal campaigns and generate content for internal communication.Analyze indicators of turnover and absenteeism to generate a strategy to improve results every month.Control the required headcount based on demand and budget, coordinating the vacancy coverage strategy.Follow up on compliance with the certification program and assignment of salary categories.Monitor compliance with the annual development and training plan and update job descriptions.Coordinate and monitor the onboarding plan, round tables, and support for engagement activities.Support different initiatives and the environmental, safety, and quality policy established in the organization.Support established evaluation, calibration, and talent processes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, Administration or related field.5+ years in similar positions.Experience with LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, Office.Advanced English level.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in innovation or process implementation.Service attitude, communication, teamwork, leadership, among others.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
