Located in our Atlacomulco Plant you will be HR Analyst
This position will keep the good administration of internal and rnal training based on Needs detection, annual training program, customer, and governmental neer all employees.
Administrate job descriptions as well as specific trainir all operations and update the training platfor the government labor agency whenever is needellow up on engagements programs (NOM035) and other HR issues.
Key responsibilities:
Maintains personnles in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Handle and provide personnel information during internal or rnal audits.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Maintain iPower as Corporate training and admin tool - Coordinate communication programs.
Implements environment/wellness programs.
Follow up on ISO9001, ISO45000, ISO14001 and other audits requiremenr HR.
Keep HR Procedures updated according to the Integral Management System.
Organizational Development goals have to be aligned with Gates Corporate keeping in mind the importance of Safety, and productivity.
Comply with the STPS requirements about Training.
Coordinate Needs Detection Matrix per job.
Manage & coordinate the implementation of the Master Training Plan.
Design & coordinate the Onboarding Training.
Manage & coordinate the implementation of the Certification program & Multiskills program.
Manage & maintain updated the HR system (SICORH).
ABOUT
YOUBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Resources Administration, Psychology, or any other degree related.
2 to 4 years of progressive Importante empresa in HR.
English (Able to communicate).
Keeps self-control in hard situations
Strong Communication skills
Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork.
