Job Responsibilities: This is open only for internal candidate Assist in maintaining data integrity of the HR database using data entry procedures and regular audits of the data (including the performance of audits and data transfer)May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural Global environment and with all levels of the organizationAbility to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail, and ensure completion in a timely manner within SLA.Ability to follow SOPs, Policies, and Procedures and ensure meeting compliance requirementsTrack and report daily activities. Facilitate audit of the work generatedAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Interact and co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Manager as and when required to complete transactionsAbility to differentiate sensitive cases and escalate if required with the managerResearch and resolve data issues.Key Skills: Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferredStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAdaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitaskingPrevious analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
