Hr Analyst

Position - HR AnalystJob Responsibilities: This position is open only for internal candidates.Assist in maintaining data integrity of the HR database using data entry procedures and regular audits of the data (including the performance of audits and data transfer).Conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.Work and communicate confidently within a multicultural global environment and with all levels of the organization.Input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring completion in a timely manner within SLA.Follow SOPs, Policies, and Procedures to ensure compliance requirements are met.Track and report daily activities; facilitate audits of the work generated.Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Interact and coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Manager as required to complete transactions.Differentiating sensitive cases and escalating if required with the manager.Research and resolve data issues.Key Skills:Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking.Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organization.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
