Provide general administrative, logístical, and organizational support to the HR Department, including but not limited to: preparation of documentation and reports related to the area; drafting and reviewing reports and contracts; operating databases, personnel files, staff biography, leave, benefits and entitlements, regular reporting and data capture as required.
- Provide monitoring and support in all routine matters as requested by supervisor and in cases of absence or when required, to keep abreast of all commitments and tasks of the area.
- Other support tasks as required, including filing, phone calls, teleconferences, arrangement of payments, preparation of reports, etc.
Task includes specific activities associated to the HR function supported (Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Training)).
- Ensure all dimensions of HR information systems are up to date and with high levels of attention to detail and maintain personnel files and employee data base as required.
- Provide other support as required and perform other duties directed by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Psychilogy, Human Resources or related area.
- Proficient computer skills (at a minimum: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat) and willingness to learn/master other programs and software as necessary.
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and discretion.
