We are looking for your talent as HR ANALYST Requirements Bachelor's degree (administration, human resources, psychology Microsoft office (Excel) Google workspace English intermediate or advanced Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar position (managing the full employee lifecycle) Position activities Onboarding: Ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company. Retention: Implementing policies and programs to retain top talent. Development: Overseeing training and professional development opportunities. Offboarding: Handling the exit process when employees leave the company. Happy Leavers: Ensuring that departing employees have a positive transition. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries. Strategic Planning: Working with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
