The Role:

The HR Analytics, Data & Reporting Senior, working without any appreciable supervision, is responsible for delivering people analytics projects/initiatives that drive better, faster, more data-informed workforce decisions to advance the company's people, business, and talent strategies. The role works with managers in partnering with the HR leadership, business leaders, and HR business partners to understand workforce challenges that can be addressed through analytics products and projects. The role identifies impactful HR research areas, develops project proposals, provides project support, converts them into testable hypotheses,
and delivers data-driven insights for objective human capital decision-making by senior management.

The role serves as a consultant to the management for expertise in HR analytics best practices, tools, techniques, and related trends.

Your Impact:

- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to understand people-related business problems, and gathering relevant people data to analyze and build statistical models to further understand and inform decisions

- Utilize appropriate data science methodologies to evaluate and inform talent management practices along the employee cycle

- Interpret statistical models that explain or predict outcomes related to individual and organizational behavior

- Prepare and deliver presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions being able to connect the dots between the business and talent strategy

- Data-driven and highly analytical,
translating data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making within HR and with executives and leaders across the business

- Align research priorities with business priorities and challenges and take a customer-focused mindset in working with stakeholders

- Leverage academic expertise and knowledge of behavioral sciences and data science advancements and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges

- Exercise traits of adaptability and good judgment to support organizational agility

- Be a constant learner, active listener, and communicator to advance data science, people analytics, and our organization

- Studies and fluency in field where research and quantitative methods have direct applicability to people research (data science, statistics,
economics, quantitative psychology, organization behavior, social psychology, sociology, bioinformatics/biostatistics, neuroscience, operations research, statistics, management science, etc.)

- Knowledge and interest in Talent Management and Talent practices

- Understanding and ability to handle data, data visualization and storytelling to inform people related decisions and outcomes

- Profiency in R, Python or Alteryx to handle data and build statistical models

- Sound knowledge of scientific research and the ability to use different methodologies to inform and shape business decisions

What You'll Need:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (Preferred) in Human Resources, Analytics, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.

Experience:


- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, in Consumer/Employee Insights, Data and Analytics, Consulting or Strategy.

- Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)

Licenses and Certifications:

- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) (Preferred)

- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) (Preferred)
