Requisition ID: 33746- Job Location(s): Reynosa, MXProactive and business-oriented HR Assistant with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to local support to HR Specialist an HR Generalist. You will join a team of professional, dedicated and service-oriented experts who ensure that organizational aspects and processes are considered when implementing HR decisions. Together with your colleagues, you will be the point of Customer Service to the local management on all HR Matters at operational tactical level.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Support activities to the tactical processes. (Pre payroll and administrative into the local systems and process)
- Support employee performance, engagement, and retention in location, including onboarding and hiring process with union employees.
- Support to be compliant of Danfoss People Management Processes and standards to ensure high performance.
- Support with the development and improvement areas to local management.
- Maintains the employee's files with the legal identification requirements.
**Background & Skills**:
- Preferable HR business partnering experience within a global, industrial environment
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources in the same industry field.
- Degree in Human Resources or related
- Strong Communication Skill
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Proactive approach
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- Knowledge in MS Office Excel, Power Point.
