Support the delivery of corporate and local HR processes including internal transfers, promotions, terminations and administrative follow-up. You will provide HR services that deliver positive outcomes for the HR function and employees.

**JOB DUTIES:
- Ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and provide guidance.
- Manage internal Human Resources processes.
- Follow up on low confidentiality labor cases: letters, payroll doubts, credentials, etc.
- Management and follow-up of their activities.
- Handling of Human Resources programs such as +Order, TRESS, etc.
- Recruiting team management and administration.
- Follow up on direct recruiting requests.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
- Desirable administrative skills for payroll processes (TRESS), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT.
- Responsible for managing employee services such as transportation and cafeteria.
- Responsible for managing the digital employee file (EFM) and keeping the physical file of employee records up to date.

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least one year of experience related.\
- Intermediate-Advanced English

- Some administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
